MRA worked with Steiner & Associates and The Cooper’s Ferry Development Association on the creation of a 2 million sf mixed use development complex located on a mile long promenade along the Delaware River across from Philadelphia. The project is part of a phased multi-use development that include a 4,000 seat minor league baseball stadium; the New Jersey State Aquarium; the 25,000 seat Susquehanna Bank Center one of the most successful indoor/outdoor amphitheaters in the U.S., The Camden Children’s Garden; an urban marina; and the US Battle Ship New Jersey / Museum.
MRA is a development partner participating in the execution of the project through a joint venture with Steiner & Associates. To date an expansion of the Aquarium, an office building and a residential complex have been built, along with the six waterfront attractions.
