MRA International is advising Sand Hill Property on the re-development of a 60 acre regional mall site in downtown Cupertino.  The new development is planned as a $2.9 billion mixed use development with 600,000 SF retail, dining, and entertainment.  The development, located directly adjacent to Apple’s World Headquarters, is programmed to perform as the center-point for Cupertino and Silicon Valley.  The project will feature the world’s largest green roof (30 acres) and a smart system designed to support digital-physical integration throughout the project.
