MRA served as development consultant for the Franklin Institute Science Museum’s multi-phased destination positioning program. During the initial phase of work MRA evaluated and advised the Institute on strategic positioning, program enhancement, venue development and the guest experience. MRA was subsequently engaged by the Institute to oversee the implementation process, which included the development of a new experience-based destination museum store and four new museum exhibits, designed as immersive and interactive experiences. The Franklin Institute successfully deployed the program, elevating visitorship by 20% and substantially increasing ticket sales and sponsorship revenues.
