MRA served as strategic advisor to MGM in the repositioning of its 5,000-room flagship hotel and casino, the MGM Grand.  Working directly with the CEO, CFO and COO, MRA developed a 7 stage re-programming strategy.  The execution included a new Arrival Experience; re-tenanting of the RDE experience (12 destination restaurants and clubs); development of a high-end luxury hotel experience, The Mansion; and the re-development of the pool environment and convention center.
