MRA served as development advisor to the Mohegan Sun Tribal Council and the Mohegan Resort Executive team in developing a competitive re-positioning strategy and development program for the 240-acre property.  MRA’s program included an 800,000 SF retail destination, six unique entertainment venues, a high-tech interactive casino, an outdoor and rooftop eventscape, re-developed waterfront and four new hotels to transform the property into a waterfront leisure destination.

MRA also supported Elkus Manfredi Architects in the creation of the phased master plan.
