MRA acted as business strategist and concept development lead working directly with the presidents of the NFL and NFL Properties. MRA was responsible for: determining the League’s entry strategy into the location-based entertainment industry; creating an integrated retail, dining and entertainment concept; developing a full market and competitive analysis; creating the venture/business plan; formulating the financing plan; recommending technology acquisition and development for special attractions; identifying supportive business opportunities; and working with senior League management to secure the necessary owner approval.
