URBAN MIXED USE REDEVELOPMENT with multi-level podium & Street retail

MRA worked with KPF on the conceptualization of a 3 tower development supported by a unique 4-Level podium supporting retail, dining, entertaiment, cultural venues and terraced outdoor spaces.

The concept fused a revitalization of the four (4) streets forming the perimeter of the project to create a vibrant urban edge, with an interior of terraced urban courtyards MRA developed an internal vertical circulation within stores and layering of retail    (level 1+2), dining (level 2+3) and entertaiment events (Level 4) to energize all levels of the podium.
